Research Of Equipment Management Model Optimum Design In Liugong And Its Application In SAP

Based on the status of domestic and foreign equipment management equipment management information development status analysis, this article explains the theory of equipment management. Based on Liugong equipment management status, it studies the equipment management model adapting to Liugong and it uses TPM, TnPM, Industrial Process Reengineering (BPR), Theory of critical chain (CC) to study and continuously improve and optimize. Finally form SAP-based equipment management system for Liugong.Taking Liugong equipment management for an example, the article detailed analyzes and studies the status and system, and identifies problems, and then according to actual situation of liugong, establishes equipment management model adapted to Liugong production development. Then, the article detailed introduces the SAP-based equipment management work and the results, and we will manage equipments from the equipment life cycle, and equipment management model of liugong will be the experience and reference of the construction machinery industry equipment management.The article is characterized by a combination of theory and practice. It focuses on designing SAP-based equipment management system by taking liugong as an example.
