However, in the process of informationization construction and management in enterprise, caused by some reasons such as lacks of fund, manpower, management, experience, often appear many kinds of problem, cannot achieve the desired goal.To the road of "Industry 4.0" and the transformation of the "Made in China 2025", Auto industry is facing enormous challenges. A co. as one of the leading auto parts enterprises also must keep up with the development of automobile industry, to comply with the information era and improve the efficiency of management, strengthen cost control. Equipment management is the key of the asset-intensive enterprise management, its expenditure rate of production and management is very high, responsibility is very heavy, range of professional is very wide, personnel structure is very complex and involves multiple departments. Considering the growing scale of production, the enterprise how to effective management and control equipment maintenance costs, improve equipment reliability and efficiency under the premise of ensure the yield and quality, has been the priority of the many decisions. The SAP system combined the modern management thought and method, realized the centralized management of the enterprise resources. SAP-PM plant maintenance module owns a high efficient equipment management ideas and means, and provided effective maintenance solutions for the equipment management of the asset-intensive enterprise. Therefore, start the SAP-PM plant maintenance project is particularly urgent, is of great practical significance.Based on the A co. SAP-PM plant maintenance project management application, from the angle of project management, studied the whole process of project implementation in order to realize the project progress, cost and quality control, and to reach the project anticipated target. In this paper, first discusses the research background, the domestic and foreign research present situation, and the mainly study contents and methods. This paper introduced the theoretical basis of project management, including the theory of project organization structure, PDCA cycle management method and target management system. Then introduced the SAP system and its submodule, and the basic situation of A co. and SAP-PM project background, the scope of implementation, implementation method and strategy, and analyzed the significance of project implement. In the SAP-PM project planning management, this paper expounded the SAP-PM project organization, business process design, implementation planning, project feasibility analysis and risk control. And then described the implementation process control, including project design, system implementation, final preparation and online support, and discusses the process control of the each step implementation. In the end, described the the examination and treatment of the SAP-PM project completion, introduced the several aspects of the evaluation implementation results of project acceptance inspection, summarized several key factors of projects successfully implementation, and discussed the integration of SAP-PM program with other management modules.By the studying of this article, based on A co. to build a scientific and normative SAP-PM plant maintenance management platform. This platform effectively controls the maintenance cost, shortens the maintenance time, standardizes the maintenance operation, improves the efficiency of the production equipment and the maintenance management controllability, provides accurate and reliable datas for the strategic decision, provides a set of effective enterprise equipment maintenance management solutions, and plays a reference for other enterprises. |
