In present financial system, trust company which is the only financial institutions acrossmoney markets and industrial markets. Comparing with other types of financial institutions,trust company has the main advantages and features in its functional diversity, involvingareas extension, financial tools richness and operation mode flexibility. In view of itscharacteristics, more and more enterprises have entered into the trust area. One hand, Trustcompany is used as a financing, investment and asset management tools, One the other hand,it is a optimal point into the money markey acting as a relatively ideal acquisition object.First,This paper analyses that the`enterprise group carry out the trust business profiles,financial and industrial layout model and trust mode, and slso provide reference foundation tothe ZGH group trust business in the case of Huaneng group. Second, this paper analyzes thebusiness strategic significance of the ZGH group, including providing financing channels, andmethods, improveing the scientific investment platform, promoting the enterprise to realizecapital operation and laying a solid foundation for the future development of enterprises;Third, This paper analyses the condition of ZGH group trust business, including: developmentbackground, development goal, development, development of the powerful condition riskanalysis etc.; Fourth, according to ZGH development situation, and drawing on the domesticindustry group development trust business success experience, this paper put forward thecountermeasures of ZGH group development trust business. Including: business structure anddominant product, operation mode and profit mode, risk management strategies and coping ofvarious problems measures.
