The livestock industry is one of the important foundation of the national economy. In30years of the reform and opening up, China’s basic conditions of livestock production improvescontinually, the mode of production changes rapidly, livestock production constantly promoteto regionalization, intensive industrialization and modernization. During this period a largenumber of excellent farming enterprises in Yunfu City Xinxing County, Replying on the rapiddevelopment of "company+farmers" farming methods Guangdong Province, GuangdongWen’s Food Group Co., Ltd. has now developed to be the leading agricultural enterprises inGuangdong Province and be one of the key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization.Based on the industry financial data from2006-2010of the Wen’s Group and another tenlisted company, it diagnoize from the structure of the financial statements, trends to identifythe Wen’s Group financial structure and trends of the various projects in the same industry,Wen’s Group’s stock proportion was significantly higher than others in the same industry; thenusing ratio analysis method to analyze short-term solvency and long-term solvency of theWen’s Group, we found that Wen’s Group three indicator of short-term solvency are weakerthan the industry average in the same period; appling the improved DuPont analysis and aseries of substitution diagnose Wen’s Group financial profitability, the Wen’s Group profittargets are higher than its peers. the last useing the proportional analysis of the indicators tocheck Wen’s Group’s ability to grow show that Wen’s Group is in a rapid expansion of orderin recent years.In the end the article concludes that there are three major financial problems in Wen’sGroup: a high proportion of inventories;, risk of short-term repayment; low, short-termsolvency. For these three questions, I give correspond countermeasures for reference toWen’s Group financial staff when making financial decisions.
