By describing casestudy background,I summarize companies face the problems of finance and accounting riskinclude the high assert debt ratio,total net profit margin fell, low turnover rate, market portionless than prospection, introducing and analysising the low information degree in financemanagement.Finally, according to different finance and accounting problems, I providepreventing measures so that prevent and control risks timely and efficiently.
