A Business Proposal Of Nickel Alloy Project Of M’s Company

With development of economic social and increase of stainless steel consumptionproducts, the exploitation of nickel resource becomes more and more important. And, becauseof the international investment fund hype, from2005year to now, the price of nickel up anddown, which causes a great effect on the production and profit about the enterprise. It alsocauses a huge influence on the stainless steel industry. To get rid of the passive situation andremove the influence of unreasonable nickel price and strengthen the core competitiveness ofenterprises, the company of M is planning to invest in constructing a nickel alloy project,which every year produces50,000tons nickel metal. This article is the proposal of theinvestment project.Firstly, this business proposal applies the theory of strategic management to analysisinternal and external environment of the project, then to find out huge potential marketopportunities; secondly, after the project strategy enacted, using the theory of marketing toanalyze the market, and finally develop a marketing plan; thirdly, using the theory of financialmanagement to analyze the financial index; finally, using the theory of risk management toanalyze the project, and give some advances to solute these questions.The total investment of the project is16.55billion, when the project finished, theaverage income will reach63.46billion, net profit12.55billion one year, and investmentrecovery period is3years, financial net present value71.42billion. The result shows that: theproject is feasible and has a good prospect.
