The development trend of the international cement industry requires not only thecement companies to produce qualified products, but also shoulder the socialresponsibility of saving resources and energy, reducing greenhouse gas emissions andthe disposal of waste. To this end, the cement industry in developed countries have tomake the fulfillment of their social responsibility and the sustainable developmentinto their development strategies. But how to find a scientific and rational way tobuild the social responsibility accounting evaluation index system of cement corporateand construct the model of this system, to investigate the scale of the socialresponsibility contribution of the cement companies and realize the sustainabledevelopment of cement corporate, which have important theoretical and practicalsignificances.According to the characteristics of the cement industry, this thesis used themethods of literature review, statistics and questionnaire to collect evaluationparameters of cement enterprise society responsibility accounting and classification.Using the methods of statistics, fuzzy mathematic to filter the collection of thesystem.Secondly, using the way of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weightof cement industry after the screening of these evlauation parameters, determining thehierarchy of the system. Then, using the method of multiple linear regression analysisto build the index system model of the accounting evaluation system of the cementcorporate. To enhance the realism of this model and the actual situation of cementcompanies furtherly, this study integreted the adaptive fuzzy inference system of thefuzzy logic inference and neural network learning function improve the nonlinearsystem model of cement campanies social responsibility accounting, And has carriedon the contrast analysis, better realization system nonlinear model.For the pursuit of the maximization of the social responsibility contribution of the cement companies,touse selection, crossover and mutation algorithms of genetic algorithm, this researchsolve the problem of the optimization for non-linear social responsibility accountingmodel effectively and get the way of how to develop the index system of socialresponsibility accounting evaluation for cement companies.To optimize the criticalpoint of the index system and Provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of cementcompanies on the fulfillment of social responsibility.
