CV company, belong to the ZC group company, is the professional company which focus on middleware product development and services.It has become Chinese leading middleware products and service providers. When face of the market environment of increasingly fierce competition, how to establish and expand the enterprise competitive advantage, the sustained and rapid development has become an urgent problem for CV company.Based on the review of software industry development course, and introduced the main middleware vendors and products, the article analyzed the external environment and internal resource deeply of CV company. CV company is facing exterior opportunities:the national industrial policy support, market demand, high barriers of entry, basic software localization trend, strategic emerging industries; at the same time, CV company faces the threat is mainly reflected in the domestic middleware vendors brand weak influence, open source middleware substitution, in the low-end market vicious competition,and so on.CV company internal advantages:advanced technology, the independent controllable, product line complete, within the group of industry chain collaboration, customer base, wealth of industry experience; at the same time, the internal disadvantages of CV company are mainly embodied in the personnel mobility, high level talents, lack of ability, marketing channel system is not perfect, the high-end industry application of less etc..The face of foreign middleware manufacturers strong brands and domestic manufacturers of low-cost strategy, CV company must adopt differentiation strategy, forge their core competitiveness, to achieve long-term development. In this paper, through the integration of internal resources of enterprises, reconstruction of enterprise internal value chain, put forward an enterprise strategy implementation. The first is to enhance the production level of research and development of middleware, develop the domestic industry standards, the implementation of total quality management, implementation of the traditional industry domain application platform customization, development of strategic emerging industries middleware; secondly, to establish the marketing system, adjust the marketing mode, expand product sales channels, improve marketing ability; third, strengthen the pre-sale, after sale support implementation, training and maintenance service outsourcing management, service and brand differentiation. Therefore, this paper proposes optimizing the organization structure, innovation system, forging enterprise culture, strengthen the management of human resources, build a knowledge management system and other measures, to ensure CV company competition strategy is carried out smoothly.Through the CV company competition strategy research, This article in fierce competition in the CV middleware to provide effective development train of thought, enhance company core competition ability. At the same time, but also for other domestic software enterprises survival and competition strategy is selected to provide reference.
