In the ages of information overwhelming, people’s habit of using media has changed, they pay more attention to the interaction with the media, some factors as communication, experience and participation are becoming more and more important in the process of the advertisement. As a result, advertisements of the traditional media are actively avoided by audience. Because the time and space of advertisements is predictable, they die out before they reach the audience, especially to the public service advertising (PSA), which is known to almost everyone. At the same time, the environment media, which has already existed but ignored, is gradually being rediscovered, and gets increasing attention with with its incomparable advantages. Environment media, means that any material in the human life can be used as advertising media This article is going to talk about this type of innovative advertisement, environment media public service advertisement.This paper adopts the method of case study, literature study and theoretical analysis, on the basis of domestic and international cases and previous studies, and makes reference to the communication, design and other related subjects theory.Through the carding and analysis of environment media PSA, this paper tries to give some suggestions on the media use strategies of the PSA.This paper summaries and analysis the classification of the environment media PSA,and its advantages, limitations and prospects, and also induces the rule of how to use and design the environment media PSA.In the meanwhile, as the government and enterprise and association are the most important strength of the PSA in the future, so I give them a special introduction and make out how to raise the effect of PSA by them.In the recent years, the PSA is getting more and more closely to peoples’life, and they are sawn in the media more and more frequently. But the research of their effect lags much behind. This paper makes a theoretical and case analysis of the environment PSA for the first time, puts forward the media strategy of PSA in detail, and provides a new angle of view for the better development of PSA.
