The economic transformation of China’s reform and opening up has brought great changes, according to the international and domestic multiple factors; many state-owned enterprises are facing restructuring, restructuring or closure of the problem. Many large state-owned enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. The main pattern of China’s manufacturing industry to show the following trends:Firstly, production rely on their own equipment, put forward the customer to the products specifications and requirements to the product manufacturer, and then the original design manufacturers on product development and design, plus the products brand in the sales cycle. Secondly, corporations with own brand, require manufacturers to its own product development and design, marketing approach is to use their own brand to sell. Thirdly, the economic situation change into a service-oriented manufacturing.Under the new environment, Jinan Iron enhances its market competitiveness in the fierce market competition; and it must be to carry out marketing and marketing management. In today’s business management, international marketing role becomes increasingly important. International marketing mode is directly related to the Jinan Iron production, survival and development. In the form of an increasingly competitive global market, enterprises should be broken down on the international market, improve customer groups cognitive. China’s large state-owned manufacturing enterprises should be based on a market basis, to build a modern marketing strategy to adapt to a market economy environment. On the basis of learning from the advanced experience of international marketing, combined with the actual development of the China Jinan Iron, explore the modes of production and marketing model, marketing strategy, production and management practices with international standards are very important and urgent.
