Groupon,A group buying website established in November2008in Chicago, USA sueeeeded with its clear and simple business model and created a new business model of group buying website,Since January2010Groupon business model had been introduced into China,Group buying Websites have sprung up there in the cities of the country and become the focus point of capital market in only two years.At present Group buying websites has became a mainstream on line shopping and has changed the way of living.A mature network group buying mode that can’t leave the emerging and growing vigorously in a large amount of group buying websites.By reviewing the development, of Group buying websites, this Paper introduces the current situation of Chinese Group buying websites,and analyses the most representative Group buying websites on the business mode. Through interpret the advantages and disadvantages of the network group buying mode,this paper discusses and predicts the improvement and evolution of the form of the network group buying mode.With the group buying industry’s development and growing, there were also a number of questions and worries.,like lack of integrity, lack of supervision products and services homogeneity, unitary profit pattern. This paper analyzes the group buying business model innovation environment, from the elements of the business model:customer demand, profitability, internal resources and capabilities, on how to improve the group buying website, create a healthy, positive, and the sound development of business models, put forward my own proposal:Innovation of profit model, divided the market from the differentiated goods and regional market segments, add a new website module, the introduction of the business rating system and third-party payment,put forward development proposals.This paper tries to react the latest developments of the group buying websites and forecast future trends to the group buying industry, which is beneficial to further improvement and refinement of the mode, and promote the healthy development of e-commerce, hoping it can provides reference.to group buying websites.
