Research On The Harmonious Motivation Mode For Construction Projects

Construction industry has played a great role in the economic development of China. As a kind of project-leading enterprise, the benefit coming from projects is the lifeblood of the construction enterprise. While there a lot of problems and shortages in project management. During these problems, the team motivation mechanism, which is the core content of human resource management, especially deserves our research and thinking.The key factor of the realization of the projects’goals is owning a project team with effectively cooperation spirit, while the realization of the efficacy go the project team depends on if the work enthusiasm of the team members is aroused, namely the key factor is the effective motivation.This paper analyzes the current motivation situation of the construction projects of China through questionnaire survey, then basing on the harmonious management theory,the harmonious motivation mode for construction projects is put forward. This new motivation mode aiming at the construction enterprise and the project management team couples the humanizing motivation measures which represents He Principle and the institutional motivation measures which represents Xie Principle to solve the problem that the motivation is in short for our construction projects, which will improve the efficiency of the construction projects as well as promote the development of the construction enterprise. This paper constructs the harmonious motivation mode for construction projects from two aspects, core organization level and governance organization level, and respectively analyze their realization of harmonious motivation to explore the realization path for the harmonious motivation mode. In the end, this paper analyze the difficulty and shortage for the practical application of the harmonious motivation mode through empirical study, and also examines its implementation effect, which is of some theoretical and practical value.
