Therefore, our country enterprise to establish accounting anti-dumping early warning mechanism, can not only to our country enterprise exports is play a protective role in anti-dumping, avoid enterprise losses, also can set up the business enterprise image, and promote the healthy development of China’s export trade. In addition, hope this paper can achieve rich in order to deal with the anti-dumping accountancy warning the purpose of the research field.This paper expounds the background and the practical significance, and related to the subject of the domestic and foreign research analysis of the current situation, determined the thesis research content and framework. Think anti-dumping early warning, anti-dumping, accounting and mechanism design three theory is the theoretical support is studied in this paper. And then, from the current situation of the anti-dumping cases in China, accounting obstacles and to establish the mechanism of the necessity of three are analyzed. Then, based on it, design anti-dumping accountancy early warning mechanism, this mechanism including accounting early-warning index system, early warning model and alarm system.
