The competition is changing from on-line to off-line. What is more, mattress e-marketing strategy will impact competitive advantage for the mattress companies.In this article, Hangzhou Sunair mattress e-marketing strategy was taken as a object of study, marketing, e-marketing, management and other related theories as the basis, to describe IT to clarify that the dynamical combination of (4P+4C+3i+L+W+IT+...) is the main content of mattress e-marketing strategy and strategy optimization, enhancing mattress e-marketing performance is critically depended on improving customer satisfaction.For realizing the income increasing effect of mattress e-marketing, this article was based on the Hangzhou Sunair correlation data and the customer evaluation information of main mattress sellers from Taobao Platform, used statistical methods to determine the key factors of influencing customer satisfaction, taken the key factors of influencing customer satisfaction as a beginning and analysed the question of Hangzhou Sunair in the mattress e-marketing. According to the discussion of dynamical combination, continuous optimization for mattress e-marketing, and existing problems in Hangzhou Sunair at this stage, raised the optimization strategy of dynamical combination for mattress e-marketing, which implemented the strategy of entire e-marketing and work-team e-marketing as the core to improve customer satisfaction. |
