Study On Equipment Management Improvement Of Gaosheng Radio Testing Company

Detection work of radio transmitting equipment is an important aspect of radiomanagement. With the rapid development of radio technology, radio communicationsbecomes more widespread, more and more radio technology can be applied in ourcountry. For the scientific and effective use of limited spectrum radio resources andprevent itself from harmful interference of unqualified equipments, management ofvarious types of radio transmitting equipment must be strengthened, and testing workshould be actively carried out.This paper describes the theoretical basis and methods of modern equipmentmanagement and equipment pre-management etc., researching the company’sequipment management problems, and targeted design improvements combined withactual situations of Gaosheng radio equipment testing company. Pre-managementemphasis on early life of equipment management, focusing on improving managementsystem and planning decisions etc.; equipment operation management advancesrational use and maintenance of equipment and implementation of the device pointinspection, metrology certification practice test, ABC category management, theimplementation of5S activities; equipment maintenance management uses a varietyof ways combined and some equipment maintenance outsourcing; personnelmanagement establish incentive mechanism of personnel training and facilitiesmanagement; and to advance organize security, system security, technical support,and cultural protection measures to ensure the protection of four improvementprogram carried out smoothly.This papers selected Gaosheng company as a research object, and suggest thatalong with the advances in radio technology, equipment management should also beimproved in order to laid a solid foundation to for the sustainable development ofenterprises and enhance the company’s core competitiveness. This study can help theenterprises to improve equipment management level.
