The Problems And Strategies Of Special Equipment Inspection Quality In Jn Special Equipment Inspection Institute

The safe operation of special equipment has a close relationship with the stability and harmonious development of the society. Now, the incident rate of sepecial equipment in China is four to six times higher than that in developed industrial countries. How to prevent and reduce all kinds of special eqipment incidents is a problem which arouses the attention of the government and society. So it is the objective need of building well-off society and the necessary requirement of establishing the harmonious socialist society to do the quality management job of inspection well.In terms of the objective needs to improve the quality of special equipment inspection under new circumstances, investigating the application of TQM, ISO9000 series criterion and the quality management theory in inspection units, learning from the typical experiences of other excellent inspection units at home and studying literature, with the theoretical knowledge on quality management acquired in Shandong University, this thesis explores the correct direction of the quality management of special equipment inspection.In the light of the practical work situation of JN Sepecial Equipment Inspection Institution, the author analyzes the present situation and finds out there exist some problems in inspection job in the six following aspects:the operation of quality management system, the quality of inspection and efficiency etc. Through analyzing the reasons of the problems, the author finds out the inevitability of some contradiction with some macroscopic and microscopic factors.The author brings up six solutions to solve the problems:to build with local characteristics of the testing highlights the quality of management; establish a unified quality management system and special examination in JN Sepecial Equipment Inspection Institution; shift in approach to implement a new integrated service models; organize regular inspection and evaluation report on the quality of the work; strengthen the inspection team; to strengthen on-site inspection quality of work and personal business quality assessment.After these measures being carried into execution, staged progress and inspection results show that the quality system of JN Sepecial Equipment Inspection Institution functions well, the quality of the inspection has been improved greatly, and is praised widely by the government, society and clients.
