Current relevant literatures are sufficient but the papers which use components suppliers as study objective to discuss risk management of vehicle manufactures are in short. Actually, automobile industry is experiencing a high speed develop phase as depending on numerous advantage policies, and the problem which emerged from its risk management is increasingly severe. Therefore, based on the relevant background, this dissertation took advantage of systematical analysis to bring the risk analyze frame of components suppliers of vehicle manufacturers and then use a case study to examine the effective of the analyze frame.First, a review of enterprise risk management and relevant theories of supply chain risk management is made by the dissertation, which gave a brief summary of current research outcomes and tools used frequently and was used as the theoretical basis for follow analyze. Through identification of risk factors of components suppliers, the dissertation took advantage of mature analysis tools and ways to classify those risk factors and then brought several principles for designation of the risk evaluation system and specific indexes and evaluation model.Secondly, based on the practical situation of automobile manufacturers in our country, the dissertation determined main characteristics and contents of advance alarming mechanism of risk management of supplier. Meanwhile, the dissertation perfected the risk control regulations from two aspects of risk control plan and risk control process. Then it constructed an evaluation model of risk control effect.Finally, the dissertation took the process of risk management of components suppliers of A automobile company as an empirical research, analyzed and discussed outcomes of the case study, and brought numerous measures of risk management of components suppliers of A automobile company.
