At the moment, our country is in the critical period of speeding up agricultural modernization and promoting the building of a new socialist countryside. The goal of developing modern agriculture is industrialization, and "One Village One Product" is an effective mode of developing industrialization. Even though the development trend of "One Village One Product" is good in China, it still has many problems to be solved. Such as,(1) insufficient investment, difficult lending to corporate;(2) deficiency of primary-level organization management function, underserved public services;(3) development lag of main parts of market;(4)difficulty of land readjustment, land shortage of industrial development;(5)low quality of village employees, shortage of professionals, and so on. The practical research of this article is about business model of the "One Village One Product"agriculture industrialization and its choice in Li pu, on the basis of "One Village One Product"agriculture industrialization theory and practice between home and abroad, this article makes a systematical expatiation about the connotation, substance, and background of the business model firstly. Secondly, it compares the business model between home and abroad, it also clearly States the theoretical basis choice of the business model. Meanwhile, this article summarizes the status of the business model, analyzes the advantages and contributing factors of the development, it sums up the outcome of the business model by demonstration and research, and gives guidance according to the situation. According to the existing problems, such as, problems of the farmer specialized cooperatives; shortages of professionals; problems of diversified development of investment, and so on, base on these problems, the article suggests some counter-measures of the business model. In the pushing development process of "One Village One Product", the development should be insist on and combine with four aspects,(1) combines with the new socialist countryside construction;(2) combines with the industrialization of agriculture;(3) combines with the household contract responsibility system;(4) combines with the construction of the transformation process of the agricultural growth patten.
