The Discuss Of Evaluation Index System Of The Low-Carbon Tourism Development Level

Global warming and the continued deterioration of environment pronounce sentence of death of the style of development of traditional social with the feature of high energy consumptions,high emissions and high pollutionsto. While the new style of development with the standard of "low nergy consumptions,low emissions and low pollutions" raises more and more concern. At present,the research of low—carbon tourism at home and abroad is still at an early stage, the theoretical system is still immature, and the research about low-carbon tourism-related evaluation system is rare. This article analyzes the pathway of tourism industry carbon dioxide emissions,uses the delphi method and AHP to determine the factor to impact the low—carbon development,and builds up the evaluation index system of the low-carbon tourism development level, calculates the factors’weights with the YAAHP, analyzes the factors’rules,and divide the evaluation results of the low-carbon tourism development level at last.In this paper, the concept of "low-carbon tourism" a new definition to determine the direct purpose of reducing carbon emissions and the core substance of the "three benefits"; constructs low-carbon tourism development level evaluation system,gets the result that Level of development of the tourism industry weights of about50%,and other economic level of support and policy oversight of the management level account for about25%. The results show that tourism enterprises play a key role, but also need the assistance and support of the management department in the process of low-carbon tourism development. The level of low-carbon development is divided into four stages as exploration, start development and maturity, also find the scientific path for low-carbon tourism development. Finally, in analyzing the problem of low-carbon development in China,it puts forward constructive suggestions and countermeasures.The research results of this article have some references for future low-carbon tourism research, and have a certain reference value for the practical to evaluate the level of low-carbon tourism development.
