As an "emerging" subject, industrial economics theory has a wide range of innovation and development. Industrial security as part of the theory of industrial economics, it is the base of economic security and development and the most basic starting point of the Government to formulate industrial policies, to carry out economic intervention. Study of China’s edible oil industry security is useful supplement to the security industry theory and empirical study. This paper is a kind of industry security theory which is applied to the edible oil industry trying and exploring,which is also the theory of industrial security practical application. Study of China’s edible oil issue has important practical significance. For the health of China’s edible oil industry, industrial development and national policy-making have an important significance as reference. At the same time, for edible oil industry to industrial structure adjustment and formulating new industrial policies to promote industrial competitiveness, business organization change, strategic adjustment have important practical significance. Study of industrial security is the needs of the development of industry economic theory, which is economic studies of industrial innovation in the work, which is an important complement to the theory of industrial economics and improve, and also industrial economics and management to apply integration in practice.Therefore, this paper in a large number of studies based on the theory of industrial security, defines the specific connotation of edible oil industry security, and uses of SCP paradigm analysis, namely, market concentration, entry and exit barriers, product differentiation, government behavior, competition behavior, organization adjustment behavior, production efficiency and profit rate as indexes to build China’s edible oil industry security evaluation system. Secondly, it uses of the above evaluation system to test the security of China’s edible oil industry. Finally, according to the security state of China’s edible oil industry, it puts forward substantive policies.Therefore, the theoretical system of industrial security will not only help guide the practice of industrial development activities, but also help promote the theory of industrial structure, industrial distribution, and industrial organization to further perfection and enhance. |
