From the aspects of striving development and cultivatingecological agriculture, ecological industry, environmental industry and ecological serviceindustry, this article tried to propose a framework of economic industrial instructionalestablishment which matches China’s present economy growth. And also mentioned weshould develop the Green Economic Industry as an advantaged one priory, transfer ourresource advantages into market economic advantage as rapidly as possible and seek forour competitive advantages in the future development of national green economic.
