Greenization is put forward to be added in the new industrialization, urbanization, informatization and agricultural modernization around the target of construction of beautiful China in the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Five ideas of development are proposed in the eighteen session of the Fifth Plenary Session. They are innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing, respectively. Under this background, changing traditional highly energy-intensive mode of economic growth, developing clean, energy-saving, environmental protection green economy, and green industry, and speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure are becoming strategic choices of the world’ development. In this process, Green innovation would be considered as the important support and guarantee of building the green industry and boosting the green economy development. However, at present, enterprises of our country are still weak at green practices and green innovation abilities, and their green innovation performance is not optimistic. Therefore, how to promote the green transition and improvement of green innovation performance has been becomimg an urgent task in present. Starting from the background of development of green economy, on the basis of teasing and defining the related concepts and developing literature review, this paper proposes three scientific problems around the proposition of “the mechanism of green innovation”. First, what is the inherent law of the operation of green innovation in the micro level. Second, starting from the responsibility and obligation that the government, enterprises and consumers should take, how to carry out the institutional design of green innovation. Third, how to measure and promote green innovation performance. In view of the three scientific problems, this paper made the following four aspects of work.First, under the guidance of ecological civilization theory, sustainable development theory, innovation system theory, innovation economics, environmental economics and resource-based theory, this paper chooses three typical cases of implementation of green innovation. They are Jindalai Environmental Protection Co., Ltd, Jiangxi Copper Company, and Jiangxi agricultural biogas pattern respectively. Through the investigation and analysis of three cases, theoretical deduction and the interview, and the condition of green development in macro level, this paper compares and induces technical paths of green innovation of case companies. These phases are traditional processes, technical innovation of cleaner production, green products innovation and business modes innovation respectively.Three key links are extracted in the four phases, research and development of new products,innovation of organizational structure of enterprises, structural reforms of supply side.Second, on account of the three links, taking Jindalai Environmental Protection Co., Ltd for example, this paper uses relevant economic principles to establish mathematical models to reflect the phase transformation. Green products and technology research and development run through the whole process of green innovation. To the first key link, By establishing the cost and profit model of new products of R&D, the paper concludes that the key condition for the success of green technical innovation is to reduce risk cost and the research and development costs. Enterprise can reduce the cost of risk by enhancing their ability of organization learning and resource integration. The government can reduce R&D investment of enterprise’s through providing fiscal subsidies. To the second key link, this paper establishes the production function model to reflect both centralized model and professional model, works out the corner solution, and concludes that the necessary condition of the transformation of this phase is to reduce transaction cost of the core components and supporting parts by establishing effective business alliance. In other words, the innovation of organizational structure is a key factor to promot enterprise’green innovation. To the third key link, this paper establishes mathematical model of structural reforms of supply side to evaluate the merits and demerits of both modes of provision of wastewater treatment equipment and wastewater treatment service, and concludes that the cost of the provision of wastewater treatment service is less than the former either for the company or for the customer. Enterprises can uses structural reforms of supply side to expand business scope by understanding the green technology change and consumer demand of their industry, further guide and expand green demand and promote the green transition of enterprises. The three models can be adjusted structurally and their principals are are also suitable to other situations.Again, this paper deeply analyze the relationships of complex internal interests between the stakeholders of green innovation, analyzes the main stakeholders of green innovation-local governments, companies and consumers, uses stability of jacobi madrix to decide which parameters influence the choices of paticipants in game and relation among them. The results show that whether the company implement green innovation is influenced by government oversight, government subsidies, the intensity of punishment on the The excess emissions of pollutants and harmness of the interests of the public events, reputation benefits, and the cost of green products. Strict self-discipline of enterprise, good social public opinion mechanism, government subsidies and the green demand of consumer are the keys to achieve tripartite win-win game.Finally, taking eleven perfecture-level cities in Jiangxi province for example, this paper uses fuzzy AHP method to build the evaluation indicator system of green innovation performance from four aspects, such as the environmental performance, innovation performance, economic performance and social performance. After calculating the synthetic level value in the whole system, the research identified the top four input indicators(the proportion of three wastes’ funds accounted for total assets, input of R&D expenditure, unit industrial added value and RMB by energy causes, industry SO2 emissions)and four output indicators(the production value of environmental production industry, granted patent approval, new employment posts, product output of comprehensive utilization of three wastes). The research considers them as the input and output variables of subsequent DEA, calculates the green innovation performance of eleven perfecture-level cities, compares the differences of their green innovation performance, and then uses Tobit regression model to take and empirical approach on the influencing factors of these differences. The results show that significant differences of green innovation performance exist in the eleven cities. It shows up higher green innovation performance in Nanchang, Jingdezhen, Jiujiang. So the paper classified them as the first echelon. Xinyu, Yingtan, Pingxiang, Ganzhou are classified as the second echelon. Jian, Yichun, Fuzhou, Shangrao are classified as the third echelon. The analysis of the influencing factors of green innovation performance shows that FDI, industrial structure, and market competitition have significant influence on green innovation performance, but the impact of environmental regulation and market demand on the green performance is not significant.In this paper, there are three aspacts of innovation. First, the research uses exploratory case study to summarize the technical paths of green innovation, and eatablishes the mathematical models of the three links of technical paths of green innovation, got the analytical solution, and analyzes the technic-economical condition of the transformation of different phases, and reveal the paths, mechanism and focuses of green innovation. Second, starting from the institution perspective, the paper analyzes the relationships between the main stakeholders of green innovation, such as the relationship between local governments and companies, the companies and consumers, establish the evolutionary game model to reflect the decision-making process of stakeholders, proposes the key influencing parameters of promoting green innovations on the basis of the analysis of results. Third, the paper adds the part of social performance in the evaluation index system of green innovation performance, and combines fuzzy AHP and DEA to evaluate the green innovation performance of provincial range(Jiangxi).
