Research On The Land Protected Areas Classification Of Pin Nan In Guangxi

Land is the basis of national food security, ecological security and economic security,and the one of an important part of the ecological environment system. According differentpurposes to divide regional land conservation zoning is of great significance to themaintenance of ecosystem balance, and achieving sustainable development of social andeconomic.Land protected areas is to divide the region with a special or important value technologyand to take administrative, legal regulations, and policies measures for their protection inorder to avoid the region affected by human destruction judging by the natural environmentand socio-economic characteristics of the regional land and land ecological protection andsocial and economic development needs. It is an effective way for maintaining the balance ofecosystems and achieving sustainable use of resources and socio-economic sustainabledevelopment to regional land protection zoning and use the land resources reasonable base ondifferent land conservation purposes. The paper presents the concept of land protected areas,land protection zone delineation and builds a land division system of protected areas, clearstargets and the basis of the various types of land protection zone delineation base on landprotection zone delineation theoretical basis of the basic principles and methods. This paperdivides land protection area into4classes which are land ecological security of protectedareas, food security zone, important landscape protection area, the famous high qualityproducts protected areas, and each class contains12classes. Land ecological security ofprotected areas includes biodiversity areas, and water conservation district, soil conservation;food security zone contains high-quality arable land area, high quality arable land area, medium-quality arable land area and the general quality of arable land area; importantlandscape protection area includes natural landscape protection areas and cultural landscapeprotection areas; the famous high quality products protected areas includes high qualityagricultural products cultivation base, high quality forest products base and high quality,animal husbandry and fishery products breeding base. This paper discusses the classificationmethod of land ecological security of protected areas, food security zone, important landscape protection area, the famous high quality products protected areas, and build the divisionscheme of land protection area base on comprehensive analysis.In this study, Ping Nan County is chosen as the research object. This study uses GIStechnology such as spatial overlay and analysis methods to divide land protection area of PingNan County into land ecological security of protected areas, food security zone, landscapeprotection area, famous protected areas,4a class,9two classes,42protected areas base on theimportance of the sensitivity of land ecological environment, the importance of the landecosystem services, the level of food security, the importance of landscape protection,protection of famous high quality products on the basis of the evaluation in Ping Nan County.At last this paper proposes the direction and control measures of land use protection...
