A Research On The Enterprise Strategic Innovation Incentive Mechanism

Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, global economic integration also speeds up, and these strengthen the variability and complexity of the Chinese business context. In such an environment, innovation is very important for each company. There are lots of studies about innovation especially technological innovation, strategy and motivation, but few of strategic innovation, and fewer of strategic innovation incentive mechanism. So, this thesis does some research on this topic, and puts emphases on strategic innovation incentive mechanism’s construction and practice. The research contents are as follow:(1) The literature review of enterprise strategic innovation and enterprise motivation. The thesis consults and settles a large number of literatures about enterprise strategic innovation and enterprise motivation, and introduces the current situation of Chinese enterprises’strategic innovation.(2) The elements analysis of enterprise strategic innovation incentive mechanism. This paper analyzes the elements of enterprise strategic innovation incentive mechanism from four aspects such as objects of enterprise strategic innovation, subjects of enterprise strategic innovation, motive power of enterprise strategic innovation, and influencing factors of enterprise strategic innovation. This thesis gets the conclusion that the factors influencing enterprise strategic innovation in each aspect are all elements of enterprise strategic innovation incentive mechanism. And they can be summarized from two aspects as subjects of enterprise strategic innovation, and environment beyond subjects of enterprise strategic innovation. These elements are social culture, enterprise culture, entrepreneurs’thinking of strategic innovative, enterprises’ability of strategic innovation, and so on.(3) The construction of enterprise strategic innovation incentive mechanism. On the basis of the elements of enterprise strategic innovation incentive mechanism, the paper builds the incentive mechanism. The mechanism is consists of property rights incentive system, market incentive system and internal incentive system. Property rights incentive system includes clearing the intellectual property of strategic innovation, and clearing the distribution system of strategic innovation’s income; Market incentive system includes establishing the trading system of strategic innovation, and perfecting the market competition system; Internal incentive system includes objective encouragement, stock incentive, organizational structure reform, salary system, system of assessing achievement and efficiency, and knowledge management system.(4) The establishment of the evaluation model of enterprise strategic innovation incentive mechanism. Depending on AHP, the dissertation constructs the evaluation model of enterprise strategic innovation incentive mechanism. Its second level is consists of scientificalness, completeness and operability; its third level is composed of property rights incentive system, market incentive system and internal incentive system.(5) The case analysis of the company of WG’s strategic innovation incentive mechanism. Based on the evaluation model of enterprise strategic innovation incentive mechanism, and the strategic innovation incentive mechanism, which is the theoretical model, directing at the company of WG’s condition of strategic innovation incentive mechanism, this part makes quantitative and qualitative analysis respectively, and points out some problems of the company of WG’s strategic innovation incentive mechanism, and puts forward some practical implementing measures of establishing the strategic innovation incentive mechanism for the company of WG.
