It is necessary to make the specialized research, to explore salary incentive innovation path of Anhui province innovation enterprise operators, thereby promoting the independent innovation and sustainable development.This pape firstly summarizes the literature at home and abroad, undertaking salary incentive questionnaire survey to the Anhui innovation enterprise operators (a total of109valid questionnaires recovered), obtaining the relevant data from the office of science and technology, the SASAC and other relevant government departments, making the interwiews with the Huatai Group, USTC IFLYTEK to get the incentive condition. Secondly it summarizes the current situation and summeds up the characteristics of innovative enterprises of Anhui Province to find the problems in innovative enterprise operators salary incentives. The regression analysis and other empirical methods are applicated to explore the main influence factors in innovative enterprise compensation incentive. Then on the basis of the relevant research results at home and abroad about innovative enterprises compensation incentive, under the guidance of salary incentive target.This pape constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of innovative enterprises of Anhui Province, combining with the actual situation of the high-tech enterprises which play the main role in Anhui Province. Finally this pape designs innovation enterprise operator’s salary incentive system based on the above research and gives some suggestions of salary incentive system.
