The Corporate Governance Structure Of Listed Companies In Our Country Financial Control Performance Of Impact Study

Setting up a perfect corporate governance structure and financial controlmechanism has always been very important theoretical problems, to explore therelationship between the corporate governance structure and financial control, and theeffect of corporate governance structure on the financial control for China’s listedcompanies with practical significance.This paper hope the research will find out the characteristics of the influence ofcorporate governance structure on the financial control, and the problems of our countryenterprise management structure or financial control mechanism, further put forwardsome corresponding proposal and solutions, construct complete financial control systemwhich suitable for our country listed companies, provide some references to strengthenthe effect of financial control.The research first explore the relations of corporate governance and financialcontrol based on the literature review; then as the listed companies in China to theresearch object, collect financial control performance data and corporate governanceindex of the company samples, with empirical research method, as descriptive statisticsand logic to analysis the influence of corporate governance structure on the financialcontrol of the listed companies in China. Verify the hypothesis content, and getcorresponding conclusion. I hope that this research conclusion could improve thecompany administration and its financial control effect to the listed companies in China,and could provide some useful suggestions.
