Most of the current academic use qualitative methods to analysis the coal logistics system in Shanxi province and use theoretical viewpoints to select coal logistics nodes and transport channels. First, this paper put integration coal mines displayed in Shanxi Province Map by geographic information systems software. The second, through actor analysis, the paper analyzes statistics of the distribution of coal mines, yield and the traffic conditions with qualitative and quantitative analysis and dynamic simulation, combined with field research, expert advice and comprehensive judgments on the qualitative and quantitative results. The final conclusions show that Shanxi province to Taiyuan City I level logistics node for core, Shuozhou, and Datong, and Jincheng, and linfen, and Taiyuan, and Changzhi, and jinzhong II level node for hub, Baode County, and in ningwu County, and in Youyu County, and Zuo Quan Xian, and heshun coutny, Shanxi and the Huozhou, and yicheng, yangcheng County, Xiangning County, Qinyuan County, yuxian III level nodes to the base station, optimization the14transport logistics channels between level one an two logistics nodes, and road network of two or three-level logistics nodes. Finally, this paper repectively gives the logistics nodes and transport channels advice:I level node is constructed logistics park, II level node is constructed logistics center, III level node is constructed distribution center. The fourteen highway logistics channels is closely integrated together with Shanxi province high speed and rail transport network. The coal logistics node selection and route design of the overall plan, provides a reference of Shanxi coal logistics development planning.
