Study On The Planning And Evaluation Of Logistics Nodes Of Coal Logistics Enterprises

In recent years, the country began to pay attention to the reform of coal logistics enterprises, speed up the pace of the integration of small and medium-sized coal logistics enterprises and introduce competition mechanisms which acquire some achievements.But because the logistics in China is comparatively in lower level and starts rather later,and environment problem is paid more attention by the country affected by fog haze, coal demand is gradually reduced. Coal logistics enterprises are facing huge on the back of the double negative factors challenges. Thus, in order to follow the tide of The Times and meet all kinds of challenges in the market competition, it is an essential topic for coal logistics enterprises to set up their own advantage, do a good job in coal supplies,improve the efficiency of coal logistics and reduce the cost of coal logistics. Setting up scientific, system and efficient logistics system is the basis, reasonable logistics system planning and upgrade nodes are top priority. Therefore, this paper chooses the planning and evaluation of logistics nodes of coal logistics enterprises as a research topic. The main research content is as follows:(1)The analysis and investigation of logistics management. Understanding the operation management modes, development the history, present situation and characteristics of the logistics management in Chinese current large-scale coal logistics enterprise, analyzing the problems and laying a theoretical foundation for follow-up study.(2)The establishment of planning process of coal logistics nodes. Main content in this section are learning, understanding and mastering the processes and methods of logistics node planning in recent years, planning respectively from macroscopic external environment and internal space layout and setting up reasonable logistic system node planning process fully combined with the characteristics and the existing problems of the coal logistics enterprise and the characteristics of coal.(3)Study on planning and evaluation of logistics nodes. Main content in this section are studying from evaluation processes and evaluation methods, evaluating from macroscopic external environment and internal space layout according to the characteristics of planning and construction of the coal logistics nodes and establishing reasonable node planning and evaluation system and choosing scientific evaluation methods.(4)Verifying the theory. Analyzing specialized coal wharf planning and construction projects in Jinzhou port by using established coal logistics nodes planning and evaluation system. Verifying the rationality and feasibility of the program evaluation system and modifying the established theory in the process of analysis.It has been proved that the planning and evaluation system of logistics nodes of coal logistics enterprises constructed in this paper possesses operability, the evaluation methods selected are reasonable and scientific, and the evaluation result has a certain reference value.
