Optimization Of Chinese Enterprise Group Treasury Mode

As one of the important strategic decisions, the common focus of treasury management has always been the management theory and practice. At present, treasury management mode is difficult to meet the strong demands and response to the financial risk of Chinese enterprise groups which are developing rapidly, so treasury management mode is urgent to be optimized. This paper is based on relevant treasury management theory and a method which combined normative research and analysis of typical cases, and based on practice, try to optimize treasury management mode of enterprise groups in China, aimed at resolving information silos orders, information lag to reflect, monitor the weakness and other practical problems of Chinese enterprise group treasurer management mode.The conclusions and contributions of this paper are:Firstly, extracted the elements of the management model of the Enterprise Group Treasurer; Secondly, propose an insider trading process scheme to resolve the information lag refection problem which has been exiting for a long time; Thirdly, the conclusion shows that, treasury management system optimization should be proceeded from five aspects:management objectives, organizational structure, processes optimization, system design, performance evaluation, and emphasize the importance of synergy between them to obtain satisfactory results.
