Metal casting is the foundation of modern technology machinery manufacturing industry is one of how to enhance the core competitiveness of China’s urgent need to resolve machining industry issues. Papers for the metal casting enterprises in the strategic decision to implement a research project, which aims to determine the competitive strategy of planning, enhance the core competitiveness, improve the market competitiveness of products to further meet customer needs, improve the ability to respond quickly to market.First, the paper carried a HongXin company Strategic Environmental Analysis. In the theory of enterprise development strategies, based on the development strategy for HongXin company’s internal environment to conduct a comprehensive analysis, including the organizational structure and human resources, situation analysis, marketing capability analysis, analysis of the HongXin company’s development strategy of the external environment China’s machinery manufacturing industry, casting made some development. Market penetration of existing sales, at the same time to improve the modern enterprise system, and gradually develop and strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises.
