Research On The Sustainable Growth Of The Resource

Resources industry is of vital importance to China’s economics. With the integration and scale expansion, the resource-based enterprises have developed rapidly in recent years. But, resource-based enterprises as dominators of scarce resources should have a high production efficiency and sustainable growth so as to realize collaborative development with economics. This is why the sustainable growth of resource-based enterprise has become a concern. We carry out questionnaires among resource-based enterprises in Inner Mongolia and provide3main factors influencing the sustainable growth by factor analysis approach, which are financial performance, financial quality and corporate government. After that, we examine examples in2010with these factors and find that there is significant difference between state-owned and non-state-owned companies, especially in financial performance and quality.
