| The liability insurance is an independent system of insurance business. It has a strong function of economical compensation and the social management. And it seen as a useful measure by which our country administer social affairs in the modern market economy. The West believes that the liability insurance is in the third stage of insurance development, and also the highest stage. The appearance of liability insurance indicates that our legal system is becoming perfect.Exerting great efforts on liability insurance can strengthen the safe production and emergency response mechanism and it plays an important role on loss prevention in disaster reduction and accident treatment.Exerting great efforts on liability insurance can also bring insurance rate incentive effects into full play by use of insurance mechanisms of prevention and post compensation and help to give full play to advanced risk prevention, accident or disaster reduction, promoting safety and emergency management.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s is a frontier region, and still a less developed region. The level of development of the insurance industry in the country is still low. How to speed up the development of the insurance industry especially the liability insurance is worthy of further exploration and studying.In this paper, some opinions and suggestions are presented on accelerating the development of liability insurance in Inner Mongolia based on thoroughly studying of the theory of liability insurance, developed countries’practice and our actuality. Hope this article could help the development of liability insurance in Inner Mongolia. |
