Studies On The Development Of Inclusive Financial Infrastructure Construction In China

The United Nations proposed the International Year of Microfinance such a new concept of an inclusive financial system in2005. This study is around the development of inclusive financial infrastructure construction to commence. Through extensively absorbed the research of inclusive finance and financial infrastructure construction in domestic and foreign scholars, this paper has analyzed the relation of financial infrastructure and financial development deeply. On the basis of combination of our inclusive financial infrastructure construction status and foreign experience, this paper has empirical analyzed the system performance of inclusive financial infrastructure and proposed some relevant recommendations.The article has divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, mainly recommends the research background and meaning, domestic and overseas research status, methods and contends of the essay, described the innovation of this study, defined the basic concepts, such as inclusive finance and financial infrastructure. The second part has studied the construction of inclusive financial infrastructure and influenced the development of inclusive finance. First this part has studied the relations of financial infrastructure and financial development, and obtained that they were mutually reinforcing relationship. Then has analyzed the particularity of inclusive finance and found the requirements of construction of financial infrastructure. Finally of this part has studied the impact of financial infrastructure for the development of inclusive finance. The third part empirical research the importance of our inclusive financial infrastructure construction based on a system performance perspective. First this part has defined the system performance and performance evaluation, then this paper elaborated an inclusive financial system evaluation index system of principles and building inclusive financial system performance of multi-level evaluation model, and last empirical analysis in an inclusive financial system performance and draw the relevant conclusions. The experience and enlightenment of inclusive financial infrastructure construction was the content of the fourth part. This part analyzed the successful model of foreign inclusive financial development, such as the Grameen Bank of Bangladesh and so on. Then we obtained some experience and inspiration in developing the inclusive finance and constructing the inclusive financial infrastructure. The last part mainly studied the policies and proposals of strengthen our inclusive financial infrastructure construction. First this part has a comprehensive analysis of the key and difficult points of our inclusive financial infrastructure construction, such as the current inclusive financial lack of legal status and supervision of fuzzy. Last this part proposed the improvement of inclusive financial infrastructure construction from the legal system of inclusive finance, regulatory system of inclusive finance, payment and settlement system and credit system.
