The commercial traffic headset is an important component of the call-center system equipment.At present, foreign call-centers has been formed as a huge industry. The InternetData Center IDC survey showed that: the output value of global call center servicesmarket has reached$58.6billion in2003. This is obtained from the basis of consulting, systems integration and outsourcing services. Outsourcing is the biggest part of theoutput value, reached42billion U.S. dollars in2008, accounting to74%of the entire market. According to statistics, the global annual sales have been as high as$650billion by the call center. As the call-center system hardware components, the commercial traffic headset has been paid attention more and more by some enterprises. The commercial traffic headset involves the acoustic-electric conversion technique, hearing protection technique; voice intelligent processing technique; human engineering technique, etc.In recent years, people paid attention to health and hearing protection more and more. The company that built call-center system has been become more cautious with the commercial traffic headset purchasing. Good and suitable commercial traffic headset can give the protection in hearing health and enhance the voice communication identifying, that isthe increase of the service quality, In addition, the high-quality commercial traffic headset can provide a longer service life, and that is, the high-quality commercial traffic headset can greatly reduce the cost of procurement.Therefore, with the call center industry growing, commercial traffic headset market prospect has also begun to attract more and more by manufacturers and related enterprises,More and more large enterprises and groups enter this industry.
