While the objective environment which modern organizations are facing become morecomplex, the study of group decision-making becomes an important field. The traditionalstatic group decision-making theory is concerned about the mathematical assembly andbehavior assembly of individual preferences. However, due to the differenced in individualvalues and cultural backgrounds, group decision-making often happens in the progress ofcontinuous adjustment of individual preferences. Thus how to reflect this kind of adjustmentof individual preferences and group decision-making performance dynamically is of interestto many researchers.Social learning is a process to grasp the social knowledge, experience and behaviornorms in order to meet their own needs. Observational learning is the mainly form of sociallearning. As a collective activity, group decision-making process is inseparable from theinteractive learning and knowledge sharing behavior of decision members. Decision-makingmembers would constantly update their knowledge in the interaction process. And they wouldregulate their preferences adaptively. In the mean while, the group decision–making cannotbe divorced from the social environment. The decision-making members are bound by thepublic opinion or the mass media to dynamically adjust their own preferences. The cross-overstudy and integration of social learning and group decision-making provide a new perspectiveto reveal the micro mechanism of opinion dynamics in complex environment, and give areference methodology to open up the black box of group decision-making process. This paper explores the individual interaction, knowledge learning and the adaptiveadjustment of opinions of group decision-making members under the social learningbackground, and the affect of social learning on group decision-making performance. On thebasis of summarizing and discussing the existing theoretical studies of decision-making andsocial learning, this paper proposed the evaluation system of group decision-makingperformance, and established the opinion dynamic models on the background of sociallearning. Due to the complexity of the interaction of dynamic group decision-making, we analyzed the effects of inner group interaction, external public opinion force and socialloafing on opinion consistency, opinion convergence time and the final states of opinionsrespectively by computing experiments. At last we summed up some suggestions and advicesto improve group decision-making performance. This psper has given some creative ideason the depth of dynamic group decision-making theory, which made a good foundation for thepractical application of the theory of group decision-making.
