Dynamic Group Decision Making And It's Application

Summarizations about the concept, characteristic, classification and the research history of group decision-making problem are provided. Then we systematically introduce present research situation about the main fields of group decision-making.Based on the present research background of group decision-making, dynamic group decision-making problem is taken as the research emphasis in this paper. After outlining the present research situation of dynamic group decision-making, three kinds of that problem including interactive group decision-making, multiple-round group decision-making and multistage group decision-making are studied.A new class of group decision-making problem which is dynamic group decision-making problem is proposed in this paper. Dynamic group decision-making is such kind of group decision-making which essential factors keep changeable through the decision-making process. Under many situations, group decision-making contains many rounds of group discussion and of program evaluation. In the group decision-making process, some essential factors almost have the possibility to change. Group decision-making has dynamic characteristic. For example, the preference information of decision-makers maybe change, and the constraint conditions of decision-making problem maybe change too. These decision-making factors which maybe change can cause group decision-making to be more complex. This class of group decision-making problem which essential factors keep changeable is called dynamic group decision-making problem in this paper. Through discussion about group decision-making problems in social activity and economical management, we find that dynamic group decision-making has dynamic characteristic such as time relatedness and decision-making relatedness. Interactive group decision-making, multiple-round group decision-making and multistage group decision-making have time relatedness and decision-making relatedness, all of them contain dynamic changes about their essential factors, so belong to dynamic group decision-making problems.
