Current Status And Countermeasure Of Post Crisis Era Of Private Equity Funds In China

Private equity funds,as a new means of financing,occupies a pivotal position-in world capital markets.In the early1990s,foreign private equity funds began to invest in China,due to the limitations of the gorvoment and economy,the private equity funds developed slowly.With the opening of capital markets in China and the rapid development of the Internet,private equity funds has achieved huge profits,which attracted more and more enterprises in China.The development of private equity funds plays an indispensable role in optimizaing industrial structure and upgrading of the financing structure changes,it developed rapidly and came to a summit in2008.After the financial crisis,the world economy developed slowly,the development of international private equity funds have also been tumbled,which gives an opportunity to the private equity funds in China.In2009,GEM began to run,its listing not only helping slove the problems of financing of SMEs,but also providing local private equity funds a richer exit channel.Some conditions existed constrains the development of private equity funds in China.Continue to improve laws and regulations, and optimize the investment environment;accelerate the construction of the exist platform and multiply the capital market;continuously promote the sound development of industry chain;optimize the efficiency of government supervision. So that,the development of private equity funds will provide better service for the development of capital market in China.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the current development of private equity funds in China and then gives the favorable and unfavorable factors to the development of private equity funds in the post-crisis era.Secondly.this thesis analyses two typical successful cases of international private equity funds investing enterprises in China,then gives some important conclusions.At last,this thesis gives the future development trend of private equity funds in China.
