It is a major issue that our government,business community,investors and financing enterprises face together.This article takes "management" from four key links of "recruitment,investment,management,retreat " in equity investment funds as the breakthrough point,starting from the two dimensions of theory and practice,systematically studies the post investment management of private equity funds.First,bassed on the analysis on the existing literatures and industry theory at home and abroad in the field of private equity investment,discusses the influencing factors of the management effect of private equity post investment,then compares and analyzes the actual effect of the operational modes in post-investment management from well-known private equity investment institutions,takes the content and effect of post-investment management from J fund management company who invests in S company as analysis case,and put forward some related suggestions.These lead to the following conclusion:Post-investment management is a key way for private equity investment funds to provide more effective value-added services to investee enterprises and achieve higher return on investment.2Full-time post-investment management team conducts post-investment supervision and provides value-addedservices to the investees,which is an effective mode for the private equity investment institutions to conduct post-investment management,and is also a trend of post-investment management in the future.
