Development Of Producer Service, Transformation Of Manufacturing And Optimization Of Job Market

This paper focuses the on the phenomenon of migrat workers’shortage as well as college students’hard employment. We analyzes the reasons for this state of affairs, which, on the surface, is the structural imbalance of supply and demand of the job market, but it reflects the unreasonable of our country’s industry structure, which means that the upgrade of manufacturing is slow and at the same time producer services is undeveloped. So it plays a great role to analyze the relationship between manufacturing upgrade and the development of producer services in this paper. And we take a further research on their function to optimize the structure of employment and the solution of job difficulty. At last we give out some relative policy recomandations.This paper is made up by6parts. In chaper1, it presents the background of the research, the worth of the research and the methord used in the research. In chaper2, it takes a summary to the previous research of the relationshiop between producer service development, manufacturing upgrade and the optimization of job market. The3rd chapter focuses on the status quo of our producer services development and manufacturing upgrade, as well as a focast of all of them. Based on some relative date we try to find out the crux of the undeveloped of producer services and slow upgrade of manufacturing, besides, we also analyze their negative impact to the job market. The4th chapter analyzes the positive fuction of producer services and manufacturing upgrade to the job market, which just like two-wheel driving for the improvement of employment structure in our country. In this part, wo take the theory of the value chain as a breakthrough to analyze. We take a theoretical analysis of the role of producer services and manufacturing employment, and also use the empirical research tools to analyze the fuction of producer services develop and manufacturing upgrade to the job market. And the Empirical results and theoretical analysis have been comformed with each other.In Chapter5, it is from an overall perspective to take the empirical research to the relationship between job market optimization and the manufacturing upgrade as well as development of producer services. We build relevant econometric model, and finally draw the main conclusions that structural upgrading of the manufacturing sector have the great impact to the employment structure optimization, Chapter6is the last part of the article. We conclude the whole text as an end. After that we give out some policy recommendation focused on accelerating the development of producer services and speeding up the manufacturing industries’ upgrade in order to achieve the employment structure optimization recommendations.
