A Study On The Promoting Effect Of Producer Services On Economic Development In Jilin Province

With the continuous development of economy,productive service industry has become a pillar industry of economic development in developed countries,and has become an important factor in competitiveness and the essential tools to the international status.Through domestic and foreign's scholars continuous research,have a new understanding of the productive service industry,producer services meet the intermediate demand,act on the producers,stripping in manufacturing industry,mainly in the knowledge capital and human capital as intermediate inputs,not directly form the material output,is a form of industry can improve the efficiency of production and operation.Due to the producer services with a high degree of industrial linkage,factor agglomeration,technology intensive characteristics,service outsourcing can promote the upgrading of industrial structure and economic growth.In the continuous transformation of industrial structure,producer services have been gradually attached importance to.First,producer services do not distinguish between national boundaries and regions,as long as the rapid economic development of the region,producer services play a vital role;Secondly,people from all walks of life have come to understand the importance of producer services in the transformation of manufacturing,and even the stronger pull effect on the development of agriculture and service industries.Although,the added value of producer services in Jilin Province is at an increasing stage.However,compared with the developed provinces and cities,Jilin Province,as an old industrial base in Northeast China,should,in order to speed up economic development,optimize the industrial structure,attach great importance to the high added value,and have a large technological content.The producer service industry with low energy consumption has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,Jilin Province is taken as the research area and eight kinds of industries are selected for accounting: transportation,storage and post industry,financial industry,information transmission,computer service and software industry,leasing and business service industry,scientific research.Technical services and geological exploration industry,real estate,accommodation and catering,wholesale and retail.By using the comparative analysis of horizontal analysis and longitudinal analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: firstly,the overall situation of Jilin Province,the development situation of producer service industries and cities at prefectural level are analyzed.This paper puts forward three problems: first,compared with the developed provinces,the overall development level is backward;second,the development of each prefectural city,producer service industry is uneven;third,the policy support is limited;At the same time,combined with the experience of the development of developed cities,get a certain development enlightenment.Finally,the paper analyzes the contribution of producer services to economic growth from four aspects: the improvement of labor productivity,the promotion of industrial structure,the promotion of employment and the promotion of ecological balance.The input-output ratio,employment elasticity,deviation degree of structure and the index of electric energy consumption per unit GDP are analyzed,and the concrete effect of producer service industry on economic development in Jilin Province is expounded.
