The Hengyang mobile company since its inception in1999, under the guidance of the Group’s overall strategy in China Mobile, the rapid business growth, operating income and net profit has always maintained a strong momentum of growth, as of the end of2011, Hengyang moving in the number of customers of China Netcom, then2.5million annual operating income of nearly15million customers to scale network capacity tops in the forefront of the province, no doubt occupy a position of initiative in the regional market. However, with the issuance of3G licenses in2009and the restructuring of the five basic telecom companies, the Hengyang mobile in the regional telecommunications market is facing a severe test, especially in the corporate customer market are being seriously challenged.In this paper, a large number of domestic and foreign training of management theory of information, as well as domestic and international success of the enterprise sales staff training practice, a detailed analysis of the changes brought about by the full-service operation of this background, the Hengyang mobile Group team of client managers its training management status; satisfaction survey, diagnosis of the main problems in the the Hengyang mobile Group Account Manager training Management:training programs lack a systematic systems analysis, staff training needs, curriculum development and teacher management system is not standardized, training, implementation of the lack of supervision, trainingimpact assessment, the training organization’s objectives and personal goals is not enough, there is no establishment of a training incentive and examination mechanism. Optimization solutions to the optimization of the training needs analysis and training content, training methods, teacher management, optimization, supplemented, while establishing a training effectiveness evaluation system and training feedback and evaluation incentives, training management support system, so that the customers of the Hengyang mobile Group manager training management model plus scientific, systematic, and to enhance the training effect, thereby optimizing the quality of Group Account Manager, to provide power for the customers of the Group competition in the market.
