Finance makes a great contribution to our economics. As the main resource offinance, credit played an important role in the construction and development ofChina’s economics and society. On one hand, as one of financial resources, credit hada significant impact on the the developmet of the urban and rural’s economics. On theother hand, the credit provided people and enterprises the right of development. Inrecent years, with Chinese government pay much attention on the urban-ruralintegrated development, the allocation of credit resource becomes a critical point foraccelerating urban and rural economics development.The credit equality is the focus of this paper, firstly, the paper makes a review ofthe previous research home and broad, and introduces the background andcharacteristics of the paper.Secondly, it makes an introduction of the theoreticalbasis of this paper.Thirdly, it makes a definition of the concept of credit equality, andcompares the economic status of China’s urban and rural areas. In Chapter IV, drawingon the education equality indicator system, it builts up a indicator system of creditequality, and use the data of2009to make a analysis of the situation fo China’surban-rural credit equality. In the fifth Chapter analyzes the cause of Non-equilibriumof China’s urban-rural credit equality, and makes a analysis based on panel data of31provinces in China from1998to2008. Finally, it gives the proposal on how to realizethe urban-rural credit equality.
