Pu-erh tea is one of China’s top ten famous teas and unique geographicalindications in Yunnan.2008national standards for Pu-introduction to its definition:"Pu-must be within the scope of protection of geographical indications in Yunnanbig-leaf species drying green tea as raw material, and on the protection ofgeographical indications within a specific process is made. Pu-erh tea can be dividedinto cooked and raw tea. According to their pressed shape it can be mainly dividedinto cake tea, brick tea, tuo tea, with Pie tea best, followed brick tea, tuo tea last. Caiehad ever recorded in1925,“Puer tea is mild and aromatic. Some diseases can becured by Pu-erh tea. When it is steamheated by bamboo, it is equal to gold.” Thus,Pu-erh is not only one of a traditional tea drink, which can be use for refreshing andquenching thirst, it is also considered as a great healthy drink. In recent years, withgrowing health consciousness of people, demand for Pu-erh tea is constantlyexpanding. As " Pu-erh-thermal" sustained, the number of enterprises has rapidincreased. But the scales of these enterprises are not of uniform size. And the goodand bad are intermingled. Pu-erh tea processing technology and equipment of someenterprises are still very backward. And competitiveness is not strong. Manyfabrication plants don’t have raw material bases. They just buy primary tea to productand have not ability to construct raw material bases or promise the quality of products.In addition, there are a lot of brand in the market, but there are not so many famousbrands. People began to be worried about the development prospects of Pu-Erh teaenterprises.This selection under Overall Cost Leadership and Differentiation, discussed theconstruction of Pu-Erh tea enterprise value chain. Pu-enterprise developmentcurrently value link in the value chain are the key conflict is not complete and the lackof interaction between links. This article is from Overall Cost Leadership andDifferentiation impact on the value chain of the enterprise and, combined with the Pu-characteristics of the enterprise itself, from the theoretical basis, analysis of itsfeasibility and advantage, and to the value chain of content explains.Based on this, this article first lookup on value chain at home and abroad, such asOverall Cost Leadership and Differentiation theory, summed up the Overall CostLeadership and Differentiation and enterprise value chain to build relationships.Second, the Pu-Erh tea, it analyzes the current situation of the enterprise, has pointedout that Pu-business development trends of Overall Cost Leadership andDifferentiation. Furthermore, the elaborated Overall Cost Leadership andDifferentiation of Pu-Erh tea enterprise value chain advantages and feasibility ofbuilding, and by a large number of practical cases, proposed based on Pu value chainmodel of Overall Cost Leadership and Differentiation.
