Family business through thirty years of development, it is become the important part of our country national economy. Family business impacts all aspects of our sociology. But the first generation of business owners get the age of retirement and the problem of family business inheritance become the attention points. The paper want to though the research of family business succession to found the effective route, the paper hope is beneficial to family business succession basis on the problem study author take the method of questionnaire, method of literature, method of interview, method of statistical analysis and method of case analysis.First, I read a lot of paper about family businesses in order to know the situation of family business inheritance research situation at home and abroad. I use the information of public analysis the main pattern of inheritance, in the light of the problem of the inheritance personally to visit and questionnaire to know the main problem of family business inheritance. Basis on the problem, author on the basis of the relevant theory and put forward to change the training mode and through entrepreneurship, the successor cloud improve the entrepreneur ability and entrepreneur spirit, and it is advantageous to weaken the resistance on the process of family business inheritance. In order to verification the hypothesis, author though investigation. Than, though the senior’s research improvement the in sufficient of senior, build the mold of family business inheritance process. At last author according to one of family business that author is familiar with to explain successor’s entrepreneur ability and entrepreneur spirit is improve though entrepreneurship, in addition staff’s attitude of the family business is change Business owner’s attitude is change. Successor is satisfied and family business’s performance is good, it is explain successor is good to effective inheritance, and reach the following conclusions:1. Though refer to the whole country’s statistical data, the achievements of investigation of others and to visit by myself, author inference to that "inherited his father’s" will existence at long time.2. Author though investigations and analysis, and found that business owners and the son of business owners most worried about the entrepreneur ability and the entrepreneur spirit of the son of the business owner. Property right and the right of management between the sons were not the main problem.3. Though the analysis, investigation and in specimen, contrast to other training mode, in author’s opinion entrepreneurial to successor is more useful to main problem that business owner and his son think, and in the other aspect, it is useful also.4. According to the difficulty and Characteristic, author design a mold of transmission process, want to achieve good results.At the last of the paper author basis on the model and put forward the research direction.
