Research On Controlling Model Optimization Of Hunan Hengkang Pharmaceutical Retail Chain

After30years of reform and development, China group company has developed from weak to strong. But, as the market economy continues to mature and the deepening of the reform of the enterprise scale, the increasing of management level, the development of company also exposed a series of problems. Therefore, analyzing the causes of these problems and designing for our control mode become theoretical research and practical management of urgent need. With the rapid growth of China’s economy, our drug retail industry also had great progress in the process of development, both successful experience and lessons. From the overall, as medicine enterprise management system of the reform of the good development momentum, the collectivization, but compared with major western developed countries, our drug retail industry with high level group size, there are very big disparity. Increased competition, the external environment variety and uncertainty cause medicine retail enterprise expose a lot of problems. Inadequate understanding and operating weakness is restricting our drug retail industry, the development of two great difficulties in the group. Enhancing understanding and changing ideas, summarizing the experience, drawing lessons, then formulated according to own strategic planning, strengthening the operating mechanism innovation and management mode innovation, promoting the competitiveness of drug retail industry, is a compelling task in front of enterprise.This paper followed the idea of "questions-analysis problem-problem solving", divided into five parts. These problems include the company strategy, organization structure and rights and responsibilities and control means etc. The third part is the core part, according to the present situation of the development of the enterprise as Hunan Hengkang actual and future development direction, this paper puts forward the control of Hunan Hengkang with strategic control type mode should be dominated the building, and highlight the content, including:clear direction, perfect the enterprise strategy and organization structure, strengthen the control method. The last part, to ensure the smooth implementation of optimized scheme we could focus on the construction of enterprise culture, information system construction and internal resources optimization.The author expects that this paper would play a positive role not only to the company’s future development, but also hope the other enterprise and retail industry even other industries benefit the control mode innovation and reference.
