Modified Design Of Budget Management In Hunan Film&Television International Conference And Exhibition Center Hotel

The budget management is a kind of effective enterprise management mode, which has developed into a management mechanism that integrated the original plan and coordinate function with control, motivation and evaluation functions. As it could comprehensively implement the enterprise management strategies, it plays a very important role in enterprise management. The budget management mode was adopted by most advanced enterprises after American general electric (GE), DuPont, General Motors firstly used this mode since the1920s. About90%enterprises in America and100%enterprises in Europe nowadays were required to implement the budget management. Although the use of budget management in China was late, it still has undergone a rapid developing because of its huge effectiveness. Many experts studied, analyzed, and compared this mode from various angles, and the pure theories study has already turned into the research that combining theories with practices.This chapter introduces some budget management theories conducted by the budget conception and various links in budget management, lists the related economic environment applied to all kinds of the theories, and compares these theories’strengths and weaknesses by each other. Besides, according to hotel staff mobility features, this paper explains the hotel budget management from four perspectives involving management mode, compiling process, implementation and evaluation.Combining these theories with the author in Hunan International Convention and Exhibition Center Hotel video problems found during practice, the article from the budget preparation process and the accuracy of the contents improve the current budget methods of the hotel.and from the budget implementation process control and budget management improve the implementation of the budget process.
