Maslow once said the physiological needs of the first demand of the people in his famous hierarchy of needs principle. And we says the physiological needs is also the most basic needs now."Eating" is essential to human life activities. With the vigorous development of the tourism industry, tourism activities create good environment and space for the restaurant industry development.The restaurant industry is facing a lot of unprecedented development opportunities. At the same time, the thriving catering promote the development of tourism greatly as a tourist activity. It is to be the primary factor and a necessary condition of the tourism activities. In the21st century, the material will enrich greatly, and the living standards of people will rise a lot. So the society is gradually moving into a experience economy era.In the view of the experience economy, the catering needs of modern tourists is no more than the satisfaction of physiological needs.They are pursuiting a diffident diner experience,and they are more focusing on the personalized or specialized needs of diner.They like the experience link when they have their meal very much.Therefore, the tourists satisfaction of dining QOS will be the research object of this dissertation.The dissertation is to analyze the results of the questionnaire, including the reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, tangibles by means of the SERVQUAL model, and then verify the proposed hypothesis. It use of a a linear regression and multiple linear regression to verify the dining satisfaction of tourists on the base of Questionnaire reliability and validity analysis. At the same time, it analyze the diversities of tourists’dining attention and satisfaction between the different types, different ages, different gender tourists. And it discuss the problems in the quality of the catering companies managent.Through the actual investigation of tourists’dining satisfaction,we analyzed the innovation and development of catering experience enterprises in the "Grand Tourism" era.We hope to provide some theoretical references for the development of catering enterprises.
