The marginalized person is existed in all kinds of organization, it’s an urgent and important problem on how to manage such special individual effectively. This article try to take shared vision as a basic theoretical framework, and searching for the innovating management to the marginalized person in organization. The article analyzed the reasons of shaping of marginalized person on two lays:individual and organization, bad subjective propensity on behavior, motivation, sense of worth, vision of marginalized individual will be dig out, objective drawbacks like organization system, vision, cohesive force, bureaucratism will be highlighted. By the use of shared vision which is the organization soul and an innovating management that cover all marginalized person, we could wake up the marginalized person, make them help themselves in self-management, self-fulfilment, transcendence; we could also build a flat and democratic organization system. The individual and organization must be remolded. Tools like eroding goals, shifting the burden, the left-hand column, meshy turning feedback, limits to growth will be used for the development and integration of the marginalized person. In an organization which fill with shared vision atmosphere, new achievement will be reached, the marginalized individual and organization could achieve benign interaction, the marginalized individual and organization will fused together, and will contribute to the organization lastingly and actively, the organization will get more vital force, energy, cohesive force and competitive power, keep the trend of healthily and lastingly develop, the two will reach a win-win scene.
