Team goal monitoring as a kind of team quality could enhance higher positive group affect tone and inhibit negative group affect tone,and then affect the team job satisfaction.This mediation relation could be moderated by shared vision perception.Data was collected from 240 employees paired with 63 their immediate-supervisors in 55 enterprises.The results showed that(1)team goal monitoring positively predicted team job satisfaction;(2)group affect tone(positive or negative)mediated the positive effect of team goal monitoring on team job satisfaction;(3)the relationship between team goal monitoring and team job satisfaction via negative group emotion tone was moderated by shared vision,such that team goal monitoring can make stronger effect on team job satisfaction via group negative affect tone when teams with low shared vision compared with those with high shared vision.The examination of the relationship between team goal monitoring,group affect tone,shared vision and team job satisfaction could provide the theoretical guidance to identify the environmental factors that influence team job satisfaction.In addition,the findings of this study also provided the guidance for the enterprise and leaders to increase team job satisfaction.
