The Research Of Financing Mix Based On Budget-constrained Supply Chain

The essence of supply chain management is the process of coordination andcontrol of logistics, the flow of information and capital. In the last century, due to thegeneralization of the logistics management concept and the advancement of logisticsinformation technology, the supply chain management based on logistics andinformation flow has achieved considerable development, while the impact of thecapital flow on supply chain operations did not gain much attention. In recent years，with the practices of supply chain management，the role of supply chain capital flowis increasingly valued. Especially，the budget-constrained of supply chain is alsoreceiving more considerable attention.Foreign academic circles start the study of the budget-constrained problem insupply chain early. They mainly study how to solve the budget-constrained problemby accelerating the flow of funds of the supply chain. And the practices in businessactivities are more abundant. Currently，the systematic analysis of this issue and theresults of research are not enough.The dissertation goes along the main line of structural analysis and design,discussed from two main dimensions involved participants and manufacturingoperations. The dissertation first briefly reviews the primary coverage of thebudget-constrained problem and theoretical explain. And in the view of the supplychain system, taking supply of funds less than or equal to the demand of the systemfor criteria, it gives this thesis a quantitative analysis model on budget-constrainedproblem in supply chain. Define the scarcity difference of financial constraints in thesupply chain and the funds as resources. On this basis, the following two key pointsare emphasized： the budget-constrained supply chain system analysis, financingarchitecture based on budget-constrained problem. The main contents include：(1)systematic analysis of the reason and consequence of budget-constrained problem insupply chain as a source of funding constraints, and thus build the budget-constrained supply chain limits-to-growth archetype. At the same time, it uses the principles ofsystem, takes cash flow as a significant： effective variables of supply chaintechnology level. Through quantitative analysis model, it explains that thebudget-constrained node will be the "short board" of supply chain technology level,thus should be the main reform target of supply chain technology level.(2) It makes asystem financing architecture from two dimensions of main body and manufactureoperation. In order to effectively dove the supply chain financing constraints issue.These studies rich in theory research of supply chain management of cash flow.More importantly, by the research of above-mentioned two aspects, it contributes tothe main search for effective supply chain financing solutions, helps commercialbanks and logistics company to open up the supply chain financial services andcontributes to the further study of future relative theory.
